  Really disappointed with the point of sale service. I have used Brewers for many years when they were based on the Radley Road and I like to use local businesses. Today, I have just been in to buy some paint and stood at the counter for approximately 5 minutes. Within 10 feet of me were at least 6 members of staff, not one acknowledged me at all, not even to let me know they'd be with me shortly, none were dealing with members of the public, just chatting amongst themselves. Not only that, there were a couple behind me waiting too. I wont be going back to Brewers. Brewers treat your customers like they exist, their loyalty and money keeps you in business. On the plus side, the stock looked great, just a shame I couldn't buy any!
